Welcome to Sri Aurobindo College

A premier Educational Institution in the heart of Bangalore, (behind Modi Eye Hospital), SRI AUROBINDO COLLEGE is Permanently Affiliated to Bangalore University, Re-accredited by NAAC with B+ and Recognised under 2F and 12B by UGC. The Institution offers UG and PG courses.

The journey began in the academic year 1996 -1997 by "Rajajinagar Education Society" as, "Sri Aurobindo First Grade College for Women," at Mahalakshmipuram, with a vision to provide quality education to women. Another milestone was the introduction of MCOM and PGDHRM courses at the Post Graduate level in the academic year 2017-18.

Co-education, heralded in the academic year 2018-2019, initiated the renaming of the institution as, "Sri Aurobindo College". In March 2019, the UG and PG units were shifted to the new premises, adjacent to Rajajinagar Metro Station.
